Have you ever noticed that some people seem to flow through life with ease, good things naturally gravitate towards them, and they effortlessly navigate difficult situations? These people have fully developed energy centers fueling their navigation. These stages create the foundation of emotional stability and resilience.
YES! There actually is a guide for life, and this is it.
Some of us were fortunate to have had the opportunity to develop them by the time we were 21 years old. Most of us did not, and need to fill in the potholes now. The good news is that we can develop them anytime, relatively painlessly, and then we can apply them when navigating new situations, creating new adventures for ourselves, and leading like a champion.
The Holistic Stages of Development collectively serve as a framework for transition – applicable to any situation, such as becoming whole to restore yourself after trauma, becoming a nonsmoker, a spouse, a new parent, or even becoming a thriving team in a work environment. These stages transcend culture, gender, socioeconomic status, educational levels, religions, and any other classification we divide ourselves into. They are as core to humanness as our cellular structure or organ systems.
Every time you step into a new role or go through a big life transition, you pass through these stages. Knowing them puts you at the helm with complete competence to accomplish your task. You’ll be able to recognize where you are in your growth, what’s missing, and what’s needed to move forward with confidence.
BONUS - You will also learn how to understand where others are, which can help you lower your frustration levels, and if appropriate, guide others to a better place.

Energy Therapy (Reiki)
Would you like to learn Reiki or Energy Therapy? We offer flexible class schedules, online learning, and ongoing active support as you establish yourself in the field. Why is it called “Energy Therapy?” Simply, to speak English and to use terminology that better describes the technique, which is therapy for the biofield energy. Energy Therapy simply assists the body to flow in its natural path which soothes the stress response and releases the body’s own very powerful healing abilities.
Recreational Reiki
This class is a fun learning experience where participants receive Holy Fire III, Level I for personal use. Boost your hugs, send love to plants, and calm yourself. Research has shown Reiki to be effective in relieving stress, anxiety, depression, and improving overall well-being.

Energy Therapist - Reiki I&II - Holy Fire III
This beginning training is one of the most thorough and comprehensive available. It includes both Reiki I & II and is a combination of the Western style as introduced by Mrs. Takata, the Japanese Reiki Techniques, and the Holy Fire healing energy. On completion of the class, you will be able to give Reiki treatments to yourself and others. The class is a combination of lecture, discussion, demonstration, and practice time. Each student experiences giving and receiving a complete treatment using Byosen scanning and the hand placement system. Practice time is given using all the Reiki II symbols, as well as for the techniques mentioned above.

Reiki Master/Teacher Holy Fire III
In this class, you will receive the Holy Fire III. This training will allow you to teach Reiki classes either in person or online. Placements and Ignition are much easier to do than the old-style hands-on attunements. This makes teaching these levels of Reiki much easier, as you will not need class time to demonstrate and practice the attunements in class.
Also, the Placement/Ignition system provides a more effective level of Reiki for the student and also empowers the symbols with more effective healing energy. The Usui energy is no longer part of the system and has been upgraded to the Holy Fire Reiki energy. However, all four of the Usui symbols are still used and will be empowered by Holy Fire III Reiki energy. The Usui and Holy Fire III master symbols are included along with the Ocean of Holy Love and the Holy Love meditation experience, Holy Fire Healing Experience, Empowered by the River of Peace, and the Reiki Crystal Grid.
This is an excellent class for those wanting to be Reiki masters, as well as those Reiki masters who want to deepen their understanding of Reiki and increase the effectiveness of their Reiki energies. It is also an excellent class for those interested in self-healing and spiritual development.
Prerequisite: Reiki Level I&II for at least six months.

Karuna Reiki Master/Teacher Holy Fire III
A deeply healing experience. The four intentions prepare the client for deep healing and are especially useful for deeply rooted patterns at the cellular level, breaking apart the unconscious negative patterns, filling the person with love, restoring balance and harmony, and completing the process by bringing the client fully back into their body, grounding and integrating the healing. Prerequisite: Reiki Master for at least six months.

Expand Your Practice - Biofield Scanning Method
Plexus Method Level I
Learn the basic framework of the elements of the Plexus Method, and begin to gain confidence, feeling and interpreting energy in bio-fields. This course includes the Holistic Stages of Development Level I, a basic introduction and application to the stages. Available now in the SyncraSea app. You will learn how to scan and interpret biofields (the energy field around our bodies) using only your hands and an in-depth knowledge of biofield anatomy.

Plexus Method Levels II & III
Level II - In this course, the basic concepts learned in Level I will be significantly expanded upon. The framework, meaning of the intersections of the four elements of the energy field, and how to interpret the meaning of the readings are included in this course. Each element of the Plexus Method, the meridians, energy centers, body areas, and the layers of the energy field, will be covered in detail. This level is designed for working with clients, and includes ethics, scope of practice, and professional and personal boundaries.

Plexus Method Level III
You will develop confidence using the method, practice teaching, and become certified to teach and certify others in the Plexus Method. Professionalism is paramount in this course.
