My Story: Why I Created This ‘Recipe’ for Resilience

I didn’t learn these stages in a classroom — I lived them. I believed that I was here to live life with abundance. I felt a million miles away from what I knew was waiting for me. I knew there was a passage somewhere; I was determined to find it.

When my family faced traumas and tragedies, we were in a tailspin, our life was a disaster. I knew it was up to me to find a way out and to rebuild after what felt like a war zone. First, I needed a way to make sense of the chaos. To heal. To help us rebuild.

I didn’t want quick fixes or surface-level strategies. I wanted a process that actually worked — for me, for my children, for our future. We were a mess of people pleasing, narcissism, drug additions, depression, anger, fear, rage. You name it, we were neck deep in it.

The stages of becoming whole, drawing from years of study in mind-body medicine, energy therapy, and ancient healing systems, began to emerge and solidify.

The result?
A simple, repeatable recipe that helped me reconstruct my family and myself.

No family is perfect, but this family has something we didn’t have before:
Resilience.

Their father passed away a couple years ago, with his family a cohesive unit. I want to share with you this pathway into feeling internally settled, whole, and ready for anything that comes your way.
